21-26. ch1, turn, sc across (2sts)
27. bind off then gather the centre of the bow, tightly stitch the small rectangle you've just made around the gather.

Finishing:

Sew the bows onto the front straps. Weave all ends in well. Cut some ribbon to go around your baby's ankle with enough spare to tie a bow. Seal the edges with a lighter. Thread the ribbon through the loop on the back of the sandal and do a couple of stitches to stop it being pulled out. Or leave it if you would like to change the colour of ribbon to match different outfits! Tie it around your baby's ankle. You're done!! :D
